Whether you’re on the fence or already sure of your solution, we encourage you to come in with your child so that our dentists can do a professional assessment of the type and extent of treatment needed.
At the initial Consultation, our dentist will advise whether your child is suitable and ready for an intervention with LM Activator or other solutions.
If he/she is suitable, we will proceed to do a modelling of the current dentition, and propose a treatment plan. Our friendly clinic assistants will also advise on the most optimal payment plan, so as to not strain your wallet.
If your child doesn’t require an orthodontic intervention at this stage, we highly recommend that you have their 6-monthly scaling & polishing appointment & checkup done at the session, so as to not waste a trip down. P.S — our almost-pain-free scaling & polishing for pre-teens is very well-received by kids and parents alike!
Once the appliance (i.e. your child’s silicone aligner) is received from the lab (after approx. 2 weeks), we will call you and your child in for fitting. If the appliance fits, then we’re good to go!
Alternatively, further adjustments for comfort and functional reasons can also be made at this appointment, and the next fitting appointment, which will be final, will be advised accordingly.
As per the treatment plan proposed by our dentists, we will arrange periodic reviews to observe the progression and check-in on whether your child requires any changes to his/her treatment plan.
